• Your article should be 400 - 2,000 words in length. You may separate longer articles in two or more parts and submit them as mini-features.
  
  
• Mini articles called "Article Bytes" should be 200 - 400 words in length. These are short articles designed to be used as filler in ezines and blogs or on web sites.
  
  
• Keep your keyword density between 3 – 6% of the entire word count. Articles OVER that will be deleted. [Keyword density is based on the percentage (how many times the keyword or keyword phrase is found compared to the number of words on the entire page) of occurrence for your chosen keywords.]
  
  
• Your article title can be up to 150 characters long.
  
  
• Your article summary may be up to 600 characters long. That's roughly 85 words.
  
  
• Your article keyword list cannot exceed 150 charaters.
  
  
• You get 600 characters for your resource box for self-promotion. This includes your URL and any email address you want to include.
  
  
• Your member profile can be 1,500 characters (around 225 words) long.
  
  
• Articles cannot be an advertisement for you or your business. They must contain valuable content that web users would want to use on their web sites, in their e-zines or blogs.
  
  
• Your article should be of interest to the general public or individuals interested in specific topics covered on AO. These topics include Animals and Pets, Arts and Entertainment, Business, Computers, Finance, Food and Drink, Health and Fitness, Home and Family, Home Based Business, Internet and Businesses Online, Men's Interests, Network Marketing, News and Society, Recreation and Sports, Reference and Education, Self Improvement, Technology, Travel and Leisure, Vehicles, Women's Interests and Writing and Speaking.
